Delivery and Returns

All items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days via recorded delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an express service for international delivery at this time.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, purchased online, simply return any item/s unused within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All goods will be inspected on return to ensure items are unused and in a resalable condition.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Returned items should include tags and any packaging to ensure a refund is given. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you.

The above refund policy is for online only. For our instore refund policy please refer to signage on the shop floor or contact us on 01932 588 854.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us.
